About Gui T. Wang, Lac.

Director Gui T. Wang Lac is a licensed acupuncturist who has been practicing in Manhattan, NY, for more than 27 years. In 1966, he received his medical training in Shanghai, China, through a dual-path program where medical students were taught in both the Chinese traditional medicine and Western allopathic medicine. After completing his training, he practiced for 16 years in central clinics in Shanghai using acupuncture, herbal and allopathic medicine. Dr. Wang has joined emergency medical services for many times. He trained and educated a plenty of medical staff. After arriving in the United States, his academic accomplishments and extensive clinical experience allowed him to receive the New York State Acupuncture license in 1984. Since then, he has treated more than fifty thousand New Yorkers, and many of his patients have continued their care with him to today. His extensive clinical experience and theoretic understanding in acupuncture and herbal medicine makes him an excellent clinician.
